This 60 minute overall body workout will combine Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and traditional Weight Training along side Cardiovascular Intervals! We will strengthen the body while burning calories providing a workout for ALL LEVELS.
Kym Costa has over 30 years of teaching experience in the Dance and Fitness worlds. Her certifications over the years include: NASM, ACE PT, ACE Instructor, AFAA, N’Stretch, Spinning and Romana’s Pilates Instructor. She is excited to provide an effective class for all level participants allowing each person to get what he/she needs in a supportive community.
